У детей младшего возраста отмечается преимущественная или исключительная локализация сыпи в области ягодиц.
В качестве вариантов папулонекротического туберкулеза описываются формы, при которых изменения носят папуло-пустулезный характер. Располагаясь на лице, они напоминают acne vulgaris и называются асnitis, а на туловище напоминают хронически протекающий стафилококковый фолликулит и называются fоlliсlis. Развитие этих двух форм связывают с наличием себореи, и поэтому они представляют особый интерес и затрудняют диагноз в подростковом и пубертатном возрасте.
Акнеподобные сыпи без комедонов и торпидные, рецидивирующие, неподдающиеся лечению фолликулиты всегда сомнительны в отношении этих вариантов папулонекротического кожного туберкулеза.
При локализации папулонекротического туберкулеза на коже пальцев, сопровождаемого явлениями акроцианоза, что часто наблюдается в период до полового и во время полового созревания, в частности у девочек, в дифференциальном диагнозе следует иметь в виду ознобыши и так наз. chilblain lupus.
У подростков и юношей на коже нижних конечностей, хотя и в редких случаях, наблюдается язвенная форма папулонекротического туберкулеза, изменения которого напоминают скрофулодерму или язвенный пиодермит (эктима).
Особой и сравнительно редко распространенной формой вторичного гематогенного кожного туберкулеза является так наз. lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei, которую одни авторы относят к люпозному, а другие — к папулонекротическому туберкулезу. Несмотря на то, что эта форма туберкулеза наблюдается преимущественно у молодых людей (в возрасте от 20 — 40 лет), нам не известны случаи наблюдения ее у детей.
